We held a Follow-Up Training from July 1 to July 13, 2024, and invited six graduates to participate. Along with the 23rd trainees, the participants of the training worked on envisioning their ideal future, discussing specific actions to take toward it, and aiming to bring it to fruition in their respective countries. During the training, they had the opportunity to listen to speakers who are active in various fields, which allowed them to deepen their learning.

The graduates shared how their learning in Japan has been applied to their current activities and about their post-return experiences. We believe this was a great opportunity for the 23rd trainees to learn a lot from the graduates' experiences.
