Since completing the Duskin Leadership Training Program in Japan, I have remained deeply committed to promoting disability inclusion through education, the arts, empowerment initiatives, and capacity-building programs. My work integrates creativity, cultural values, and psychological approaches to support persons with disabilities in Indonesia.

- Performing inspirational music using keyboard and vocals at schools, community events, and inclusive festivals.

4. Challenges and Reflection
Adapting the knowledge and leadership values I gained in Japan to the local Indonesian context has been both rewarding and challenging. Limitations in infrastructure and public awareness often pose barriers; however, I have found that consistent engagement, creative strategies, and collaborative efforts can help overcome these obstacles.
The Japanese values of discipline, harmony, and inclusiveness have significantly shaped my teaching and mentoring style. I strive to embody these principles in all areas of my work.
- Expanding the impact of Agus Inspirator Sanggar Musik & Inspirasi to reach more persons with disabilities through music, mindset training, and media-based empowerment.
- Strengthening collaboration with cultural, educational, and international organizations.
