Greetings from Vietnam!

Now back to Vietnam, I am engaged with various activities.

My New Job

I have started working for Donkey Bakery (social enterprise supported by a German NPO）on 8th July, 2014. I work as an administrator and assist the president of the company.

At Donkey Bakery, we sell bread, donuts, fast food and coffee. Also, we design clothes and export them overseas. 80% of the employees have disabilities. Persons with physical disabilities sell bread in the shop and serve coffee at our café. Those with hearing impairment bake bread in the kitchen. Persons with visual impairment take orders from customers and serve them.

My tasks are:

  1. I belong to the administrative department. I draw business plans with the president.
  2. I manage coffee shop and am responsible for staff training and service management, and inspect and improve customer services.
  3. I am in charge of lunch delivery service, from telephone orders, staff training and delivery services).
  4. I also cover catering.

I work from 7 am to 6 pm. I am a little bit busy, but I like my job. All my colleagues are nice and kind.

My Future Plans

  • To support persons with disabilities by creating various types of job opportunities for them.
  • To keep studying Japanese.
  • To participate in activities of persons with disabilities
  • To launch a business with my fellows.
