As part of my role in ATOM Myanmar’s Business Sustainability team, I was involved in facilitating the donation of braille embossers and braille papers to the Myanmar Christian Fellowship of the Blind (MCFB). This initiative aimed to support the educational needs of visually impaired youths by enhancing their access to learning materials. By providing this essential resource, ATOM contributed to empowering visually impaired students to pursue their education and future aspirations more effectively.

I participated as a panelist in the Employment Opportunity Connecting Fair and Panel Discussion, organized by Simple Solutions for Change (SSFC). The event served as a vital platform to promote inclusive employment practices, connect persons with disabilities with potential employers, and discuss workplace inclusivity.

In addition, I coordinated my company’s participation in the job fair, where we showcased ATOM’s commitment to employing individuals with disabilities. This collaboration provided meaningful opportunities for PWDs to network with corporate representatives and explore job prospects.

Furthermore, as part of ATOM’s Myata Program, job opportunities for persons with disabilities were displayed at the booth during the fair. This initiative continues to foster inclusivity and empowerment by ensuring meaningful employment for PWDs, including four individuals who will be employed in the second batch of the program.
